Tower of Babel - Genesis 11
After the flood was over, people began to repopulate the earth again. People who lived in an area called "Babel" decided that they would unite together and build a tall structure that would reach to heaven! At this time, all people spoke the same language. They were very proud and thought they could be independent of God. After this tower was built, God came down and caused the people to be scattered throughout the earth, plus now these people were speaking different languages.
